1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using aidashboard.pro (“the Service”), operated by GRIBAN.DEV (“we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

aidashboard.pro is a SaaS platform that allows users to create, customize, and share data dashboards from spreadsheet files (CSV, XLSX). The Service includes free and paid subscription tiers, as well as one-time template purchases.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid features are billed on a monthly or annual basis through our payment provider, Paddle.com. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions, handling invoicing, sales tax, and payment processing. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, contact us at hello@aidashboard.pro within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. Template purchases are non-refundable once accessed.

6. User Content

You retain all rights to the data you upload. We do not claim ownership of your spreadsheets, dashboards, or any content you create. You grant us a limited license to process and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the Service
• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract source code

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRIBAN.DEV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
